Our hiring process

  1. Application — send a CV and a short note about why this role, to primedrive56@gmail.com. We reply within five working days.
  2. Intro call (30 min) — chat with the hiring lead about the work and your interest.
  3. Practical exercise — a paid take-home, capped at four hours.
  4. Team interviews — two 45-minute conversations with future colleagues.
  5. Founder chat & offer — meet Tumisang and Thatayotlhe, and (we hope) a written offer the next day.
